GetMyOTP is the verification service that sends one-time passcodes (OTPs) over WhatsApp to confirm that a person controls the phone number they signed up with. It powers phone-number verification for our own applications.
A focused, single-purpose verification layer. When a user registers or signs in to one of our apps, GetMyOTP generates a short numeric code and delivers it to that user's own WhatsApp number so the app can confirm the number is real and reachable.
It does one thing: deliver a numeric verification code to the number a user entered, so the app can confirm ownership of that number.
GetMyOTP serves verification for Amhaz Recharge and GetMenyu — products operated by Amhaz Services. It is not an open relay and does not forward codes generated by third parties.
Codes are sent using approved WhatsApp Authentication message templates through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform.
The user is always the one who initiates verification by entering their own phone number into the app. A code is only sent in response to that action.
During sign-up or login in Amhaz Recharge or GetMenyu, the user types in their own phone number.
The app requests a one-time passcode for that number from GetMyOTP.
The code arrives in the user's WhatsApp chat via an approved Authentication template.
The user types the code back into the app, confirming they control the number.

This policy explains what data GetMyOTP (“we”, “our”), operated by Amhaz Services, processes when delivering one-time passcodes, and how that data is handled.
We do not collect message content beyond the OTP we ourselves send, and we do not read users' WhatsApp messages or contacts.
Strictly to deliver verification codes, confirm number ownership, prevent abuse of the verification flow, and meet legal/operational requirements. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use phone numbers for marketing.
Phone numbers are shared only with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform as the delivery channel, and only to the extent required to send the message. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Users may request access to, or deletion of, their phone number and associated verification records by contacting us at the address below.

GetMyOTP provides one-time passcode delivery over WhatsApp for phone-number verification within applications operated by Amhaz Services (currently Amhaz Recharge and GetMenyu).
The service exists to verify that a user controls a phone number they themselves provided. It may not be used to send codes to numbers without that person's involvement, to bulk-message, to harass, or to facilitate access to accounts or services the recipient is not themselves enrolling in.
Use of the service relies on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms. We send only approved Authentication-category templates.
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee that every message arrives, as final delivery depends on WhatsApp, carriers, and the recipient's device and settings.
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Amhaz Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
For privacy requests, data deletion, or questions about the service, reach out and we'll respond.
